The Luxury Service
We will discuss your individual needs in a luxury home and help you to choose the home to best suit your next luxury holiday on Hamilton Island. Once your decision has been made, we will ensure everything from your collection from Hamilton Island airport right through to your departure will be as smooth as possible.
Booking with Us
To book we require a 20% deposit with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment options are:
Visa – 1.08% transaction fee.
MasterCard – 1.08% transaction fee.
Amex – 1.8% transaction fee.
Direct Deposit – no fee (Bank details will be supplied on request)
Cancellation Policy
Funds paid are strictly non refundable. Can be transferrable to another date within the same property if 30 days notice is provided. We suggest travel insurance.
Peak periods
Peak rates apply during peak periods as follows:
- 21 December to 10 January
- Easter
- Hamilton Island August Race Week
School holiday periods
This includes school holidays period dates across all states of Australia
