Step through the front door and be mesmerised by the uninterrupted panoramic water views. The enormous infinity pool stretches across the entire entrance and separates the house in two.

To the left is the main pavilion - a magnificent outdoor lounge area. Bifold doors open to create a combined indoors/outdoors. Inside, the lounge is beautifully furnished. Includes 60 inch flat screen TV, Bang and Olufsen state of the art stereo and surround sound system. Austar TV.

To the right of the central pool pavilion is the master bedroom. Specifically designed so that you are facing east and can wake up to breathtaking sunrises. Here you can also enjoy the luxury of watching a movie in bed before retiring for the night.

With 3 bedrooms, the house accommodates up to 6 adults in complete privacy.

Another 2 bedrooms are located in the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. Two very private and self contained cottages. Each with its own balcony and beautiful water views amidst peaceful tropical surrounds.

It is almost impossible to leave the tranquillity of the magnificent infinity pool and the breathtaking views. 2 sunlounges on the separate decking, further sunlounges in the gardens below the pool. So many choices of where to laze in the sun in complete privacy…..

If you can drag yourself away from the pool or the breathtaking views, there is a fully airconditioned and fully equipped gym available for your private use.

Checkin	Guests met at Hamilton Island Airport or Marina and taken directly to apartment. Valet service has keys to property and buggy. 2pm check in applies in most cases. Pack a day bag in case housekeeping has not finished prior to 2pm.
Checkout	The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will liaise this with you on your arrival. Check out time is 10am unless prior arrangement has been made and no same day or next day booking coming in.
