Step through the front door and be mesmerised by the uninterrupted panoramic water views. The enormous infinity pool stretches across the entire entrance and separates the house in two.

The ambience at night with the lighting and the peaceful tropical surrounds is a relaxing end to your day.

To the left is the main pavilion - a magnificent outdoor lounge area. Bifold doors open to create a combined indoors/outdoors.

Inside, the lounge is beautifully furnished. Includes 60 inch flat screen TV, Bang and Olufsen state of the art stereo and surround sound system. Austar TV.

To the right of the central pool pavilion is the master bedroom. Specifically designed so that you are facing east and can wake up to breathtaking sunrises. Here you can also enjoy the luxury of watching a movie in bed before retiring for the night.

With 3 bedrooms, the house accommodates up to 6 adults in complete privacy. While the master bedroom is in the main part of the house, the other two bedrooms are located in the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens. Two very private and self contained cottages. Each with its own balcony and beautiful water views amidst peaceful tropical surrounds.

It is almost impossible to leave the tranquillity of the magnificent infinity pool and the breathtaking views. 2 sun lounges on the separate decking, further sun lounges in the gardens below the pool. So many choices of where to laze in the sun in complete privacy…..

If you can drag yourself away from the pool or the breathtaking views, there is a fully air conditioned and fully equipped gym available for your private use.

Off Peak	$1300.00 per night - minimum 3 nights
	$1250.00 per night - minimum 4 nights
	$1200.00 per night - minimum 7 nights
Peak	$1500.00 per night - minimum 5 nights
Race Week	$1500.00 per night - minimum 9 nights
Includes 1 x 4 seater buggy and on island return valet transfers. Rate based on ONE COUPLE in the main house only. There are 2 x self contained cottages in the garden available for an additional $150 per night per cottage. Second buggy will be provided for 3 or more people staying at the house.

This property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Checkin	Guests met at Hamilton Island Airport or Marina and taken directly to apartment. Valet service has keys to property and buggy. 2pm check in applies in most cases. Pack a day bag in case housekeeping has not finished prior to 2pm.
Checkout	The valet service will normally collect you an hour prior to your departure. They will liaise this with you on your arrival. Check out time is 10am unless prior arrangement has been made and no same day or next day booking coming in.
